Step 1: Dip a finger into the paint.
Step 2: Gently touch the paper, making a little dot of color.
I think his technique shows his personality. He's generally mellow and thoughtful. None of that messy, smearing globs of paint around for him - well not today at least.
If you noticed the bump on his forehead and were wondering about it, he tripped this morning as 2-year-olds tend to do.
